Dr. Mythili Hazarika, President of Society for Mental Health in LAMIC (SoMHiL) was invited as a resource person to speak about substance use prevention and rehabilitation for a two day workshop organised by Committee On Socio Economic and Health Development Assam (COSEHDA) under Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt of India.
